Research:
My research interests involve the pathogenesis of obstructive lung disease and structure – function
correlations in the lungs of patients with emphysema and chronic bronchitis. Other projects include
the possible hormonal etiology of breast carcinogenesis and the investigation of genetic markers that
may account for different incidence rates of breast carcinoma in different populations.
